5 star welcome 5 star genuine, honest sales 5 star after care I bought my car 2 years a go after my mum had an excellent car buying experience at MBM. I cannot recommend Mark enough, he honestly wants every customer to be matched with the best car for them and cannot do enough to support you through the experience. Through no fault of the garage my car needed a part replaced during lock down. Mark went out of his way to help me and get my car back on the road. I began discussing the car with Mark, a month before I had a chance to get to Scotland (I live in West Sussex). He made sure the car was reserved for me, keeping in constant email contact. Everything was covered with fresh service and MOT, and he even sent across any personalised videos that I requested, in order for me to make my long distance purchase the right one. When I arrived, Mark greeted me with the car at the Station, and I have to say the vehicle was very well prepped and looking immaculate. A jaw dropping moment! Everything about the transaction was swift and painless, and Mark explained every detail about warranty and roadside cover very clearly, and also arranged the tax for me, so all I had to do was battle with my insurers! When I went to collect the car, he took me to see it straight away to make sure I was 100% happy with my decision. He was upfront and showed any age related marks.
